New Year, New Me!

I'm a self-confessed Davina fitness DVD fanatic, although the frequency with which I use them does tend to wain somewhat as the year progresses! I actually bought this one some time last year but took the cellophane off a few days ago and did my first intense cardio box workout today. It's obviously done the trick as I can feel my muscles seizing up already!
