Hamburger Cheese Bake

One of our favorites that I haven't been able to make for quite some time due to not having an oven. It's noodles layered with a hamburger, tomato sauce mixture and a cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, green pepper and green onion mixture and topped off with grated parmesan cheese. It's from my Better Homes and Gardens (red plaid) cookbook that we received as a wedding gift back in 1969. A very old, but very treasured recipe.
