Broadway Tower

A stop on the way back up north at Broadway Tower. Which looks a lot more impressive than its history actually suggests - its a folly.

But what a spot for a folly! Great views and fab for dramatic photos too.

Shame that the tea room was shite ... so a good job we'd brought our packed lunch :-)

And another pit stop this evening at my cousin's near Manchester to say hello and scrounge our dinner. Late home and late to bed. Again...
