Half Moon

I've fallen a week behind in my blip, but in my defence it's been a rather busy week!

Today was...not great. I had a very upsetting encounter with the woman who runs the tea company I was working for before Christmas, and as a result I've decided that once I've done the night markets in January I won't be working for her again.

To cheer myself up I watched the movie of Sense & Sensibility, which was as lovely as I'd hoped it would be - Alan Rickman makes a wonderful Colonel Brandon and it was weird/amazing to see him in a very kind and tender role. And Emma Thompson was, as always, perfect!

The moon was gorgeous tonight so I actually made the effort to grab my zoom lens and get a proper photo. I like this one, it represents serenity after an upsetting day.
