What A Treat ........

...... for a Monday morning in January.

It was very misty this morning but no hint that the sun was going to come out. Luckily I had decided to head skywards on the daily dog walk. I couldn't believe my luck when the sun made an appearance. The mist lingered for a long time so I tied Roxy to a bench and snapped away.

Today's 'leftover' soup is cream of cauliflower with just a hint of curry. Quite tasty.

Right, must dash. A busy week ahead.
