Drying Out

We finally got some real rain today. Steady and heavy with the sun shining most of the time (that's Florida for you). This guy was sitting on the pole drying out his wings. I've cropped him so you can see him good.

If anyone can help me out, while I was taking pictures in our shop the other day, I never realized my camera got blue overspray paint on it. Stupid me did not have a UV filter on - and I've got paint spots on it and on parts of my camera. Does anyone know what I can use to get it off?
