Blurred butterflies

Do you know how hard it is to take an in focus photo with a painful wrist?

I do, it's very hard. Unfortunately this shot of a distressed butterfly that was fluttering around the livingroom came out blurred as I couldn't hold the camera properly.

Wrist's still very painful but I've got some nice painkillers which seem to be helping. I know it's good to move sprains but it really hurts and today my neck, shoulder and back have realised they were involved in the fall too. You hurt yourself far more if you get warning it's going to happen!
