My pic-taking torsotwisting of late must've taken it's toll on my back because over the past couple of days I've become much more aware of the increasing pain in my lower back and left buttockcheek. The twitch-inducing sharpyness that decides to shoot down my left leg has become just a tad 'not nice', even when dosed up on over-the-counter stuff.

Time to take something a bit stronger, roll back the curtain and take a l-o-n-g hot bath...
