A Good Result

A very busy morning in the day job, a rush home for the first massage client, lots of bits and pieces to sort out between clients, just now waiting for second client to arrive, hopefully to give way to a free evening and perhaps an episode of The Bridge.

Not much opportunity for a halfway decent blip today. The sea was blue as was the sky but I fancied something different. I got a surreptitious shot of Dougal, pal of William, but I hope to do him more justice.

So instead you get a shot of my massage table after the client has left. I like the look of the crumpled sheets and covers the client has left behind. It represents the chance to slow down, rest a while, check in with oneself and take it all in. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Balance. Or at least that's what I see.
