Jetlagged
Status: Back at home, and already back at work.
Yesterday I did not allow myself to go to bed before 6pm. My head hit the pillow at 6pm, asleep by 6:01pm. Wide awake this morning at 3am, at work by 6am.
By now my brain feels like a grey slurry mush.
I had the great idea that cycling 45km might help me to feel a bit more fresh. Most of my body disagreed.
