Malmesbury Abbey in the morning sun

It was a beautiful clear, cold start to the day today. I took this picture of the morning sunlight on the Abbey after dropping my daughter at school.

When I picked her up it was a different story. We were caught in a cloudburst and got a soaking on the short walk from school to ballet class. Wet hair, wet jeans, wet shoes. Ah well, a cup of tea and a chat with the other mums put the world to rights.
