Bath and bed mmmmm lush

Not alot to report went to work struggled to get up yet again!!

I had to ride to work and then I forced myself ro run I really did not want to. I got totally soaked. But glad I did it I have this little voice in my head saying half marathon. I only did the short trading estate run tonight.

I still have not started insanity but I will I will I will. So au revoiur im off to enjoy my bath mmmmm

Exercise - cycled to work and ran 1 and half mile
Naughty food - hot choc and cake bar I did resist left over cake at work. These treats have got to stop
