An unexpectedly reasonable Monday, including a good swim at lunchtime (starting to accept that I'm going to be a slow and steady swimmer, not one of those speed machines).

Had a tune stuck in my head as I cycled home from a band who many people will scoff at nowadays, but those first three albums are all great rock n roll. The band? Kings of Leon.
