Orange curry

Very healthy, and very good. take half a pumpkin, three carrots, two cups of lentils, three toes of garlic, an onion and a handful of fresh ginger. Chop them all up, fry them lightly in sunflower oil, and add some water, just enough to make sure there's enough to cook both the veggies and lentils. Cover up and let it simmer for app. twenty minutes. When everything's done, add a jar of curry sauce, or some curry paste to your taste and a can of coconut milk. Some deepfried strips of tofu will add a bite. Enjoy! Also good with basmati rice, chapati or naan bread.
