One of my favourites

I made this throw about 40 years ago when I worked "out of town" before the days of out of town shopping. My dinner hour wasn't long enough for me to walk into town and back so after eating bait with the blokes I worked with, the other admin girl and I used to do a bit of craft work.
Ponchos were the "in" thing and I used to crochet them for the office cleaners granddaughters (wish I could remember how I did them). She paid me with chocolate.
When I was sorting the room today after the family had gone back yesterday, I noticed this throw which I have always liked is starting to wear at the edges, will have to see if I can do a repair job on it.
Another wet day job for my list.
