but what i really feel my eyes won't let me hide

Went to Saltaire today, where Esther and Chris came to meet us. It was so lovely seeing them - you kinda forget how much certain friends mean to you. Chris is always full of so many interesting facts about buildings and art and stuff like that. A friend you can learn from is always good. I really loved some of the David Hockney stuff - I was particularly taken aback by his iPad paintings - what genius! I'm gonna try and download the app on to our school iPads, see what the kids can do with them. I also particularly liked this montage (I'm not sure if that's the right term but anyway…)

In the evening we went out for a few drinks and a lovely Spanish tapas meal. YUM.
