Interviewing a Vice Principal

At Edinburgh College today, I spent seven hours interviewing a series of senior staff about a range of educational issues. In the picture, is Vice Principal Ray McCowan. Ray has been leading on the development of the curriculum for the new Edinburgh College.

The interview went well, and despite the many challenges and sheer complexity of designing the curriculum for about 20,000 students, Ray is unremittingly cheerful and positive. A fine leader in the college sector.
