Glowing roses

We got these roses at the Farmers' Market on Saturday and they're opening up really quickly. Definitely nothing to do with us not realising that we'd put them over the toaster (ahem).

Played frisbee this afternoon. It's an age since I've played and it was a good lark. There were only six of us though, so lots of running, and I was thoroughly knackered by the end (I'm so unfit, it's ridiculous).
