What a fantastic day - like summer all over again, well, except for having to scrape ice off the car windscreen this morning!

Got to the dentist today to have my self diagnosis semi-confirmed: I need root canal treatment (or have the offending tooth pulled out) not because the nerve is infected, but because the existing filling was so close to the nerve that it's been pressing on it and basically (in simple terms) the nerve has had enough and is dying off.

So today the filling was drilled out and some sort of anaesthetic type substance placed in the hole then a temporary filling on top. Back in 2 weeks to start the root treatment! Can't wait!

Today's blip was taken at the edge of the car park at my place of work. It's not a bad view south west across Strathearn towards the Ochils.
