Ever since I started taking Adderall for my ADHD, I've had a difficult time of making sure that I was eating enough and getting all the necessary nutrients.

I heard that chia seeds are packed with lots of good stuff for you (iron, protein, omega 3 and 6 oils), and they also help you feel full (for those wanting to lose weight), so I thought I'd give it a go. I can just throw a few spoonfuls in my bottle of water each day - super easy.

The fact that they become tapioca-like in liquids is a bonus.
