Battling against your biggest enemy!

How often do you not do something that you know will make you feel better e.g. running, eating healthily, reading in favour of something that somehow you know will make you feel worse e.g. slobbing on the sofa, eating junk, not exercising?

Should you beat yourself up about occasional lapses?

It was so cold this morning and the pavements were so slippy that I opted for a very slow jog. You could almost call it walking. Okay, I walked!
