You've been Ghosted!!!

The town has this tradition, not sure where it started.
it's like playing Ding Dong Ditch except that you have to leave Candy at the door!

a friend of mine put it best, when she said "it's like reverse halloween"

this ghosting happens for 2 weeks before halloween, the kids love it.
they get so excited when they get ghosted, they try to figure out who did it.
my boy almost caught tonight's ghosts!

funny thing, once you get ghosted, you are supposed to put up the ghost on your door, letting people know that you HAVE been ghosted. my kids don't want to do that because they want to keep getting ghosted.

soon we are going ghosting their friends, last year we had a lot of fun, ringing door bells, running away, etc....
this year, I think we are taking it a step further, the kids want to wear ghosting clothing (mostly black clothes) and I was thinking that we can add some eye war paint!! they are making a list of all the friends they want to ghost, so watch out, we are coming at you...

one more thing, all this candy in the house is going straight to my gut, it's actually skipping the digestive system, I might as well directly glue it to my as$
