A beautiful day, and I'm feeling very grateful for it.

I don't see how this scarecrow is going to keep these from being eaten here in the middle of a preserve, but It looks like so far so good. I have a bit of garden envy at the moment. But, to garden, you have to be consistent and as far as consistency goes, I'm afraid to even peek in the compost bin at the moment.
