Thomas Attwood

This is Thomas reclining on the steps outside the museum and art gallery in Birmingham. He is having a rest after forming the Birmingham Political Union in 1830, following which he became one of the first two members of Parliament for the city in 1832. He is now a regular feature in drunken photos where he appears as a guest with the local yoof.
