On your marks....

First of a weekly lunchtime run done today. Set off too quick, and had an irritating sock but managed to get there and back albeit with a few stretches of walking rather than running. Important thing is I completed it.

Think I'm going to know about it tomorrow - have developed an ache in the top of my thigh/ glut muscle so muscle rub on and painkillers taken.

Disappointing weigh in tonight as I have put half a pound on, but given recent stresses and my glass of vin last week I'm not going to get too hung up on it.
