.....lots of evidence, still, of the flooded side roads and fields.

After 6/7 weeks of inactivity, at last a day out on the bike. And 30 miles seemed far enough. During that time, we must have ridden through at least 10 significant (up to 4/5 inches) floods across the road.

Let's hope the rain stays away, but the forecast would suggest it won't.
