The "Build Your Own Bus Shelter" kit

Take one footprint-marked concrete base, add three wooden sides complete with wooden bench then top with a pitched roof - voila! One bus shelter. Pity about the way this one looks at the moment.....

I did promise a few weeks ago that I would blip this storm-blasted shelter. I would have thought it would have been re-constructed by now, but I guess they must have higher priorities. In fact it's tied to a nearby tree, in the same way that our wobbly fence is tied to the apple tree! No more storms as such are due this week, but a considerable amount of rain overnight and tomorrow and showers for the rest of the week. A lot warmer though - temperatures of around 11 C in the south, 4 degrees above average for this time of year. Obviously, the arctic blasts aren't winning at the moment and turning our rain to snow - there is a possibility of this at some point I gather. Can do without that though!

Morning spent at home group today, then a walk this afternoon to the shops. It was our coldest day so far I think, at least in the afternoon.
