Waiting around
Rafi did some good walking at school today with Jackie physio. Then we headed off to the Children's Hospital Sheffield. Went early as they have now blocked off the car park due to improvements getting underway. They had put on a park and ride and I think we were the only customers today!
We saw the neurosurgeon that carried out Rafi's second operation. He told us that there is no Abnormal Venous Malformation (AVM) left, which is great news. Unfortunately as the scan is very detailed it did show up something (not quite sure what, more questions need to be asked another day) which needs keeping an eye on. Rafi will need another angiogram in 2 years time. This isn't quite the result I wanted. but I'm thrilled he's not needing any imminent surgery.
