Early this morning I wake up with a lot of pain on my foot. After 10 years I again had even a real attack of gout (acute inflammatory arthritis). The further course of the day, take medications every 2 hours. Fortunately, the pain decreased in the course of the day, but I was after 10 years forget how painful this condition was.
