Curry night...almost

Well tonight we were going to try cooking tikka masala in the acti-fry (makes great chips btw!). All was going well...spices selected...chicken diced and marinating... Then disaster, no pasatta...Tikka masala without tomato sauce is not good!

So the chicken will be marinating in the fridge overnight and the pizza in the oven smells gooooood :). Now that's what I call a disaster recovery plan!
