Baking with eggs

My son and I bake. Last year's challenge was to bake every recipe in a baking book we had (210) - not quite one a day, but it was still plenty of cakes, biscuits and bread. We still enjoy baking, and are experimenting with flavours. Tonight we were making vanilla & lemon and some cardamon & vanilla cupcakes with lemon & lime icing.

It was the perfect opportunity for todays DDW January challenge - "Slimy".
