Well - not quite!
Not such a good day today - a lot of pain. But at least my doctor buddies rallied round and fast tracked an MR scan for me. I think they're sick of seeing me hobbling around the intensive care unit!
I ticked off one of my weekly goals today and went to Aquafit - not a great fan - it was a bit cold and I can't stand all the faffing about getting undressed and dressed and trying to get dry. But at least I've done a bit of exercise - we'll see what the effects are on the sciatic pain tomorrow...
