essentially the same

Yesterday... the washing machine was broken, the oven didn't work, the ram was ill and it rained.
Today... the washing machine did 3 loads, the oven was working, the ram was better, the sun was out and the ewe had twins.
Essentially nothing changed, but everything was different.
When am I going to pick myself up and crack on?
