cycling guitars

With this morning predicted to not rain so I went for a cycle ride. I went north through lots of fairly empty country lanes to Devoran then explored the estuary as photographed here.

Got back in time for a lecture on evolution and why the bible is wrong.

Then I got the glorious email that I had a package at the porter's lodge and I gleefully went to collect my acoustic guitar I ordered. I've always wanted a guitar but denied myself it saying I should keep to bass, but when I realised it just wasn't being played at uni I wanted a solo instrument. Also guitars are cool.

So I spent the afternoon singing made up songs to my flatmates. They suggested the idea of a 'guitar hour' and I'm not allowed to play at other times... Not sure they appreciate my musical genius!
