Steve .....

..... in Otley.

Firstly thank you for the response to yesterday's bit of nonsense. I still have patches of red that refuse to wash off.

This morning I had another physiotherapy session for the ankle injury. I'm still getting pain in the ankle and the stability recovery is no where as good as it should be after over three months. I have another appointment in three weeks and the physiotherapist has said he's going to try and refer me to a specialist sports physio ( apparently the one who treats the Leeds Rhinos rugby players ) to try and sort out the ligament damage.

After the appointment I was going to head back home and get on with a bit of work but the weather was too nice to be stuck indoors all day so I jumped on a bus and headed to Otley for a lunch time fry up in Dunn's café before having a walk along the river where I spent ten minutes feeding the swans and ducks. I had a quick potter around Otley market where Steve here asked me if I knew a good place to buy pies ( I must look like someone who eats a lot of pies ). I pointed Steve to a nearby butchers and asked him for a photo before he headed off for his pie fix. So today's blip is .....
