Sitting cozy in my kitchen

I'm sitting in MY armchair in my kitchen after a long day. I moved the chair before Christmas to make room for our tree and love it there I've decided to keep it there. It's my own little piece of comfortable space away from everyone that I can sit and enjoy a coffee break. I have a dining room table and chairs but like my armchair under my wonky clock and my motto! :) although we've lived here for two and a half years I'm still struggling to settle in and for everything to find its home. The main problem being that this house is smaller than the last and has less storage but it is starting to feel like home as I work my way through the house decorating and putting my own mark on things. I like sitting here because it is quieter at the back of the house. Eventually everything will be organised and tidy but by then my children will be grown and I will miss the noise and disruptions :) so I'm gonna sit back and enjoy 'the now' whilst it lasts!
