Plaque on the Volunteer Arms pub Leith Walk

I often pass this old pub in Leith Walk which is famous in part for it's starring role in Trainspotting as The Volley.
Its name came originally from the volunteers who went off to war and more recently it was rebuilt after being burned down. Ghost of Begbie?
