Michigan Brand

I know this is silly but simply put this is by far my most favourite brand of cottage cheese. I have lived all over the globe including Switzerland & New Zealand, & in the States from the East coast, West coast, and a couple places in between. And nowhere have I found a more superior brand of cottage cheese.

It's creamy yet not runny. Small curd gives it just the perfect texture to match its salty yummyness. I only enjoy it when I'm in Michigan except when my awesome mother-in-law brings it with her when she visits. Such a treat.
