Sorry, I changed the photo!

I decided that the electric storm on the horizon was too good a photographic opportunity to pass up. Besides, it's much cooler on the deck than in the house and too hot to try and sleep. (I have no doubt been bitten to death by mozzies though.) This is my first attempt at photographing lightning. I hope all those strikes are out at sea, not actually over Melbourne.

Better bigger, I hope.

No let up with the heat yet, though it looks like tonight might cool down a little more than last night's overnight low of 31º. 44º predicted tomorrow... and we usually get a little higher than the city, as the sea breeze doesn't reach this far inland. Oh joy.
