Paper Cranes

Another scorcher in Melbourne today - it seems like it's taking the headlines from the Australian open. Apparently one of the players' water bottles melted on court yesterday.

Madness.

I was feeling pretty warm myself: the aircon was broken in the open plan office where I sit at work. Thankfully there were some spare computers downstairs, so I just tapped in remotely and got on with it in the blissful cool. It's still pretty warm this evening, but nothing compared to last night!

I stopped off at a little park in the middle of Footscray on my way home. There's loads of great street art there which I could have blipped, and I'll definitely be back, but today I really liked these paper cranes emerging from a hole in the wall. 3D street art!!

I'm already on weekend - we're off to New Zealand for the weekend for a family catch up and a wedding. It's going to be short, but very sweet! :)
