This is Amalia de Liano, a Spanish writer. You'll forgive the blurry blip but it's actually an extreme close-up of a postcard featuring Amalia.

You see she died in 1874, at the age of 52, but her likeness was captured in an amazing portrait painted by Federico de Madrazo. The original of that can be seen at the Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid, or you can enjoy it online here.
