The Mersey Gateway work starts on Runcorn side

Ok it may not be as exciting as moving kit out into to Mersey to start running bridge pontoons etc from Widnes to Runcorn but recently any trees etc running alongside or around the intersetcion areas are being cut down couldnt get much closer to the action from here as the shredder was flirting out wood chip in all directions and the stumps grinder machine was bouncing all over the place so plenty of elf n safety people keeping peole well back shame would have liked to see the size of the chipper blades being used alot more impressive than the humble ones used in our gardens no doubt haha
