Why on earth is our 'for sale' sign in the bath? Well, I'll tell you...

After going to see the show home in Bathgate, doing our sums and with much deliberation we have decided to do part exchange on our flat.

We were skeptical at first but the builder came back with a really good price (what we'd asked for) so we decided to go for it!

It's scary and exciting all at once! We've bought a house, a proper, grown-up, detached, bricks and mortar, all ours, house!

Unfortunately it'll not be ready until March/April time, so we have a little while to wait. Still there is lots to sort out in the mean time.
