Spiced and iced

I took the day off work intending to do all sorts of outsidey things but its been too wet so I decided to continue my foray into cake baking. This spiced and iced carrot cake is my fifth attempt to bake a cake (ever) and my first cake using vegetables. Apart from putting the bottom on the top it didn't turn out too badly.
