Lyndhurst Lamp Post

It was a perfect day for a photograph. While walking the grounds of Lyndhurst Castle (located in Tarrytown, NY -- part of the Westchester County/Hudson Valley Heritage Area) I noticed the way the sunlight was hitting one of the lamp posts. I prepped my Canon Rebel XSi and bracketed 4 shots. This by far came out my favorite. The lightplay seems to tell a story that words alone could not capture. I'm only glad my camera could.
