Cabbage Plant

Well that is what it looks like but it cannot be as it came in a bouquet of flowers along with some lilies. At a bit of a loss as to what it is but all I can think of is how it would look alongside a bit of lamb. Oh and onion sauce,gravy etc etc.

Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated as my dearest is getting a bit miffed with me referring to her floral display as "our vegetable patch"
