Art as part of life

This lighting was installed as part of the Edinburgh Art Festival in 2012. What is great is this has become part of everyday life for those walking past it on a daily basis. I love the way the figures walking in the light are silhouetted - reminds me of a recent Philippe Parreno exhibition I saw in Paris where he used light to the same effect.
