It's that Time of Year

Sowing time again, and much to my delight there are some snowdrops in the garden.

We had a series of meetings today that are sowing the seeds for Scotland having a place in the adult learning world in Europe.

I am encouraged by the EU's stance on adult learning, working with the will certainly ensure that we are learning a thing or two.
