Richards meeting friends and I'm cooking a hot pot for dinner - can you believe it, the pot given to me by my late mum over 30 years ago and still going strong.

News - Richard is returning to work in a few weeks time (part-time) after his accident in March last year and has also returned to the gym - Happy days !
