....and one day closer to the weekend!
We managed a run this morning accompanied by the two Ginja Ninjas; it was muddy and full of big sticks but a great way to save a bit of time. I don't think we were ever in danger of running too fast for them!
Another slightly mad day but at least there's shortbread biscuits . And they're gluten free too. Used my Mum's recipe;
Cream 4oz butter with 2 oz caster sugar then add 4 oz plain flour ( I used a gluten free one) and 2 oz corn flour. Roll out and cut into rounds. Bake at 180 till nicely browned. You have to leave them to cool on the tray for a few minutes before putting them on a wire rack to completely cool.
The boys have tasted them and could not taste any difference at all!
